1. Bachelors or Masters’ degree in Computers Science or related field;
2. Extensive software development experience in J2SE/J2EE(over 1 year); Expert knowledge in Java
3. Or extensive software development experience in C++(over 1 year); Expert knowledge in C++ and basic knowledge in Java, Willing to transfer to Java development
4. Solid knowledge and experience in at least two of the following areas: Data Structure and Algorithm, OO Programming, Design Pattern, Database Priciple;
5. Outstanding analytical and trouble shooting skills. Quick-learning, self-motivated, and a no-whining attitude;
6. Good communication skills, both written and oral English;
7. Superior disciplined coding skills – ability to produce production ready code with minimal supervision;
8. Deep understanding in Database principle is a plus;
9. Experience with Lucence/Solr/(other search platform) is a plus;
10. Experience with embedded development(QNX/Android/…) is a plus;
11. Experience of using script language such as python, shell is a plus;
