Contact Person: qing.ql.liu@oracle.com (无法接收163邮箱的邮件) Responsibilities:1.Working within Solution Support Center (SSC) in Greater China to deliver proactive and reactive technical support to these customers mainly at support center2.Developing sets of standard deliverables to customers in managing and maintaining environments based on Oracle Database. 3.Deliver standard services for other APAC countries4.Assisting customers to maximize the stability, availability and performance of their critical business systemsRequirements:1. B.A./B.S. in a technical field or equivalent experience required;2. Minimum 8 years DB experiences, at least 6-year Oracle management experience;3. Proven experience of Oracle DB 10g/11g/12c installation, deployment and management;4. Real Application Cluster (RAC) and MAA experience are must;5. Exadata and Exalogic experience are definitely an advantage;6. Data Warehouse experience is an advantage;7. The following skills are preferable:* Oracle Advanced Queuing* Oracle Enterprise Manager* Oracle Dataguard* Oracle Recovery8. Solid experience and deep knowledge of Unix, especially Linux;9. Project Management experience is an advantage;10. If experience is less than 8 years, but has high ability, can be taken into consideration as high priority.11.Good in English and Mandarin, written skills are needed.
